As a Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:
- Generating quality leads, following these up and aiming for high conversation rates
- Promoting products and services
- Understanding local stakeholders and competitors within the property market
- Ensuring all instructions are presented to the highest standard
- Achieving targets and aiming to exceed them monthly
- Always Providing excellent customer service
- Working with the sales and lettings team to ensure the office is presented to the highest standard possible
- Building relationships with Landlords and Tenants
About you:
- Previous experience of the property industry
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
- Exceptional computer skills and an understanding of computer packages
- An excellent telephone manner, communication skills and exceptional customer service delivery
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
