Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants a career in Residential Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator.
Our client is a successful independent, dynamic agency based in London Bridge, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver. They are currenting seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a generous commission along with a car allowance with fantastic training provided too. Previous experience in residential lettings, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.
The Company: Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and local offices in the London Bridge area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency
- Lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Local knowledge of the London Bridge area preferred
- Driving license and own car essential
