An established agency in Finchley, North London, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
The role offers a salary package of up to £25,000, with an uncapped OTE between £40,000 and £50,000.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with good time management and organizational skills.
Additional requirements include a full UK driving license, an own vehicle, and preferably an ARLA qualification.
Responsibilities include attending viewings, building long-term relationships with clients and tenants, and managing a portfolio of around 70 to 80 properties.

My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established team in the Finchley area

Salary package on offer for the role of Lettings Negotiator

Up to £25,000 basic
OTE – between £40,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm
Alternate Saturdays 9.30 – 1pm

Requirements for the role of Lettings Negotiator

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Good time management and organisational skills
Full UK driving license
Own vehicle
ARLA qualification (preferred not essential)

Responsibilities included in the role of Lettings Negotiator

Attending Viewings
Creating long term relationships with clients and tenants
Overseeing a portfolio of around 70 – 80 properties
