Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.
  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants, matching them with suitable properties.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable insights to potential tenants.
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements in line with company policies and market trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations and legislation.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, including property listings, social media promotions, and networking.
  • Achieving and exceeding targets for lettings and revenue generation.

Skills & Experience Required  

  • Previous experience in a lettings or sales role within the property industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market and current industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
