Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in Angel, offering a competitive OTE of £60k along with travel or car allowance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months experience in lettings and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Lettings Negotiator – AngelOur client is looking for individuals who thrive on success in a competitive environment, take pride in their work and will be able to grow professionally in a company which is home to some of London's best estate agents!Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months lettings experience and you will have a proven track record of working to a high standard and providing exceptional service. You will be motivated to succeed both individually and as part of a wider team.Key Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in lettings
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong communication skills with a professional approach
A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Knowledge of the London would be a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert advice throughout the lettings process.
Conducting property viewings and accurately presenting properties to prospective tenants.
Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancy agreements.
Proactively sourcing new instructions through canvassing, networking, and existing relationships.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local lettings market, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
Ensuring all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting legal and regulatory standards.
Delivering high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
