Sonic Summary

The position is for a Trainee/Lettings Negotiator in Belsize Park with a basic salary ranging from £20,000 to £25,000 and an OTE of £40,000 to £50,000.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis from 10am to 3pm, including a half-day off during the week.
No prior experience is required, but candidates must demonstrate motivation and energy to succeed in the role.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
