Since 2004, they have been a trusted name in the local property market, with three successful offices across NW London. Their team prides itself on providing exceptional service with a personal touch, making them the go-to agency for landlords and tenants alike. They are looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their Mill Hill office. This charming London suburb offers a fantastic community feel, great local amenities, and excellent travel links to Central London—making it a prime location for property professionals.Your responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator will include the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating tenancy terms and securing new tenancies.
- Providing outstanding customer service and expert advice.
- Working as part of a supportive and friendly team.
You will be rewarded the following:
- £25,000 - 27,000 base salary dependant on experience.
- Plus Commission and Car Allowance.
- First year £45,000 - £50,000 OTE.
Required Skills:
- Be hungry and driven to succeed.
- Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to targets and deadlines to maximise business opportunities.
- Driving License and own car
- Have strong relationship building skills.
