More than just selling and renting homes, they are committed to their communities, regularly engaging in local projects and good causes.As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the business, building relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless process. You’ll be working with a team that values integrity, professionalism, and local expertise.To be successful as the Lettings Negotiator you will be proactive, target driven and a clear communicator.Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants, identifying their requirements.
- Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback.
- Negotiating offers.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
You will be rewarded the following:
- £17,000 base salary
- £ 4,250 car allowance
- First year expected £45,000 - £55,000 OTE
Required Skills:
- Driving licence is a must.
- Be hungry and driven to succeed.
- Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to targets and deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
- Have strong relationship building skills.
