Location: London (office-based with local travel)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic + £50,000+ OTE

?? What You’ll Be Doing:-
Registering new tenants and understanding their needs

Booking and conducting property viewings across your local area

Matching applicants with suitable rental properties

Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

Managing deals through to successful move-ins

Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

Previous experience in lettings or a strong sales/customer service background

Confident communicator with a professional, outgoing personality

Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

Full UK driving licence (essential)

£20,000 - £25,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+)

Ongoing ARLA training and industry-recognised qualifications
