Our client is looking for a strong lettings negotiator and property finder (with an emphasis on property search) to work for a personable agency on a part time basis. You will have a property background ideally in lettings or property search other property sectors such as sales will be considered.The role involves been the first point of contact for enquiries - registering and qualifying applicants - actively searching for the applicant requirements - short-listing and arranging viewings - arranging access / collecting keys - conducting viewings - arranging weekend open-houses - negotiating the deal between applicant / agent / landlord to a successful outcome.You will be a people person and able to build strong relationships with applicants and landlords over the phone and in person. Professional telephone manner, strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly and work on the move are essential. HoursThe role is a mixture of working from home WFH and on-site viewing properties. Will require flexible hours to fit with client viewings, some Saturdays are required.
