Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Limehouse, E14

Salary: OTE £45K

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a solid understanding of the residential property industry to join a growing independent estate agency in the Docklands E14 area.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, make sound decisions, and interact with clients in a calm, professional manner. You must be hardworking, organised, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.

Previous experience in residential lettings negotiation is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a personable nature, and a valid driver’s license.

The Company: Our client is a forward-thinking, well-established property consultancy, offering specialist estate agency services for owners, occupiers or investors within the East London Area.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous residential lettings experience essential
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Local knowledge of the Limehouse area is preferred
