Your responsibilities as the Lettings Negotiator will include the following:
- Liaising with landlords and clients, identifying their requirements.
- Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback.
- Negotiating on offers.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and clients.
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded the following:
- £18,000 base salary
- First year expected £30,000 - £35,000 OTE.
Required Skills:
- Be hungry and driven to succeed.
- Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to sales targets and deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
- Have strong relationship building skills.
