Senior Lettings Negotiator – IslingtonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing team in the heart of Islington. Our client is a leading name in the property industry, known for their exceptional service and strong market presence, and they’re looking for a driven individual to help manage and grow their portfolio.Role Overview:As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving new business, and providing excellent service to landlords and tenants alike. This role offers high earning potential with a tiered commission structure, a company car, and annual bonus incentives.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lettings processes, including conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and securing deals
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing landlords
• Identify opportunities for new business and ensure consistent portfolio growth
• Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on market trends to offer strategic advice to clients
• Provide high-level customer service, maintaining the agency’s excellent reputation

• Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
• OTE: £70,000+
• Company Car included or Car Allowance
• Tiered Commission Structure and Yearly Bonus

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lettings with a proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong knowledge of the Islington property market
• Customer-focused and highly motivated to succeed
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
