Experience required:
- Ideally 1 year of experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills
- Valid UK Driving license
- Committed to working on a Saturday
The role of a Lettings Negotiator:
- You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties
- Registering new lettings applicants
- Negotiate offers between the landlord and potential tenant
- Generate new business and new clients
- Book Valuation appointments
