This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the City’s leading independent estate agency. Established nearly 30 years ago, our client is a niche, private company who have built a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords and private clients.

They are able to offer clients and customers a market leading property service because of the professionalism of their staff. The company looks to employ property professionals with a central London background - personality, experience and honesty are essential.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven track record of working in a similar role for at least 2+ years is required• Preferably a good local knowledge• Must be driven and customer service orientated• Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)• Smart and well presented at all times• Hard working and honest• Self-motivated and organised• Focused and competitive• Good work ethic - punctual and reliable.

The package on offer will include a basic salary of £23,000, plus realistic on-target earnings in the region of £57,000. Benefits include 20 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year up to five years of service) plus all bank holidays and time off between Christmas and the New Year, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, AXA Employment Assistance Programme, and more!

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The rota includes every third Saturday when the hours are 10am to 2pm. When you work a Saturday, you get time back in lieu.
