£30k base - realistic OTE year 1 takes the package to c£55k

What you'll be doing:
- Build & Maintain Relationships - Develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service
Property Viewings - Arrange and conduct high-quality tours for prospective tenants
Lettings Management - Handle the full rental process from listing to deal completion of a large property portfolio in London
New Business Development - Proactively source new landlords and expand our property portfolio
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in high-volume lettings, consistently banking strong figures
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced lettings environment (180k min a year ideally) would look at less if coming from a small firm with less stock then us.
- Proactive and driven - someone who thrives on closing deals and pushing performance
- Good understanding of property investment calculations(yields, interest cover, LTV, etc.)
- Strong rapport builder with landlords and tenants alike
- No driving required
The ideal candidate will have the revelent experience and be able to hit the ground running.
The top neg at our client is currently banking £20k PCM in a soft market and will hit £30k-£35k PCM in summer May to September, so there’s serious earning potential for the right person. Top 2 negs will finish the year on touching 300k and likely 2nd 260/280k.
