Lettings Negotiator - Whitechapel
Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission OTE £40,000 - £45,000
Car Allowance £250 per month
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 - 10am - 4pm
Our client based in their stylish and trendy branch in Whitechapel are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year’s experience to join their upbeat, energetic team. Their award-winning company pride themselves on service and staff development.

The role will involve:
- Identifying applicants needs and match them to suitable properties.
- Viewing properties & negotiating offers
- Liaising with Landlords
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
- Driving high value lettings through the office.
- Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
- Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
- Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 1 year industry experience
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to negotiate.
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter.
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
