Are you an experienced and respected Letting negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator, keen to develop a career with a prominent independent agency in West Hampstead. We are looking for a highly successful, ambitious and experienced negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading multi branch independent company.

You will be required to help grow their residential Lettings business and expand on their market share. The Company: An independent and well-known residential estate agency, focusing on the West Hampstead area. Their main objective is to provide clients with an exceptional service, equipped with strong local knowledge and experience in residential sales and lettings.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in letting residential property
• Confidence in dealing with figures and targets
• Ability to assist the lettings team
• Driving licence + Car Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
• Taking a hands-on approach to letting and listing new instructions
• Overseeing the marketing of properties
• Networking with agents and developers to identify new opportunities
• Planning and initiating new business development strategies
• Making every effort to raise the branch’s profile in the local area and beyond.
