We are seeking a Lettings Portfolio Manager with experience of managing the lettings of a prime central London portfolio of properties

  • Exceptional career opportunity to work within one of the most interesting and sought after luxury estates in London

  • Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Flexible working allows for 4 days in the Chelsea office and 1 day working from home
  • Candidates must have very good experience of the residential lettings market and tenancy renewals in Central London
  • If ARLAPropertymark qualifications are not already obtained full training and funding will be provided by the company
  • Experience of working with one of London's Great Estates would be an advantage

As the Lettings Manager for some of London's finest properties you will be dealing with high-net-worth tenants responsibilities will include...

The marketing and letting process on your portfolio:

  • Selecting agents and instructing valuations
  • Working with the Head of Residential Lettings
  • Ensuring all documentation for compliance and successful letting of the portfolio is dealt with efficiently

Negotiating and progressing tenancy renewals:

  • Manage the tenancy renewals on your portfolio
  • Draft and prepare tenancy agreements
  • Register tenant deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Assess and approve monthly rent reviews liaising with the team
  • Instruct inventory check in and check outs
  • Complete termination procedures at end of tenancy including the return of deposit

Handle queries from tenants throughout their tenancy:

  • Act as residential representative for your portfolio as part of the Customer Services Team
  • Attend resident association meetings - all properties are close to the office
  • Represent The Estate in a professional manner in all dealings with advisers, contractors, tenants and the public

Candidates must have:

  • Very good experience of the residential lettings market and tenancy renewals in Central London
  • Experience with a high net worth portfolio
  • An excellent track record in Lettings Portfolio Management
  • A thorough understanding of current residential lettings legislation - ARLAPropertymark qualifications would be an advantage
  • Excellent people skills
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software
  • Be based within easy commute of the Central London offices
