Huntress Recruitment is looking for a driven and commercially minded Estate Agent to step into an Acquisitions role for a leading property investment firm. No need for prior acquisitions experience - just a strong estate agency background and property knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and acquiring on and off-market property opportunities
- Building rapport and negotiating deals directly with vendors
- Conducting market research and site appraisals
- Managing acquisitions through to legal completion
- Assessing property value and identifying growth opportunities
