About the opportunity:

Join a prestigious, award-winning residential developer with a reputation for quality, sustainability, and design excellence. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in one of Central London's most desirable developments . Working from a beautifully designed on-site marketing suite, you'll guide buyers through every step of their home-buying journey, supported by a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct engaging and informative property viewings.
  • Proactively generate new sales leads to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the sales database to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Use market research and data insights to position the development competitively.
  • Progress reservations through to exchange of contracts.
  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are always presented to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred; local estate agency experience also considered.
  • A results-driven, proactive attitude with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of the London property market.
  • Smart, professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work weekends (typically one weekend off per month).

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PMMonday to Friday with weekend work on a rota basis (one weekend off per month).This is a fully office-based role (non-flexible).
