Our client, a global leader in legal services, is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join their prestigious Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to be at the forefront of legal innovation, contributing to key projects and supporting a team of over 500 real estate lawyers worldwide.

About the Role:

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the firm's English/Welsh real estate precedent bank, ensuring it remains up-to-date and comprehensive. You will collaborate closely with fee earners to create new precedents, draft practice notes, and deliver high-quality legal research. Additionally, you will be involved in exciting innovation projects, including document automation, helping to shape the future of real estate legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the English/Welsh real estate precedent bank to the highest standards.
  • Create new precedents and draft practice notes that align with the latest legal developments.
  • Work closely with fee earners to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Participate in innovation projects, including the development and implementation of document automation.
  • Assist the Managing Professional Support Lawyer with legal research, client briefings, and training sessions.
