Our client is looking for a strong property negotiator / property search agent to work for a small and personable agency on a part time basis. You will have a property background ideally in lettings or property search other property sectors will be considered.The role involves been the first point of contact for enquiries - registering and qualifying applicants - actively searching for the applicant requirements - short-listing and arranging viewings - conducting viewings - negotiating the deal between applicant / agent / landlord to a successful outcome. You will be a people person and able to build strong relationships with applicants and landlords over the phone and in person. Professional telephone manner, strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly and work on the move are essential. RequirementsProperty background (see above) Sales driven and not afraid to pick up the phone Driving license (with or without a car) As the role is part time, close proximity to North West / Central London
Position / RolePart time and Permanent
HoursThe role is a mixture of working from home and on-site viewing properties. Will require flexible hours to fit with client viewings, some Saturdays are required.
