Job title: Real Estate Account Handler
Salary: £40,000 (DOE)

PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are representing an award-winning Property Team in the insurance sector, currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team. This is an opportunity to contribute to tailored insurance solutions for property owners, managers, and tenants, within a supportive and client-focused work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain effective client relationships
- Assist in providing customized insurance solutions
- Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best terms and coverage
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Work alongside Account Executives to ensure efficient service delivery
EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Previous experience in an account handling role within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Familiarity with insurance platforms and client management systems
- In-depth understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
Desirable
- ACII qualification or a willingness to pursue it
- Experience with Acturis or similar systems
DAY-TO-DAY
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Collaborate with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
