Real Estate Finance Senior Associate with 5+ years' PQE sought for Top 100 International City firm.
The Opportunity
Following a consistent period of high-performance, our client, a leading Top 100 law firm, are looking to make a senior growth hire into their well established, L500 ranked Real Estate Finance department.
The successful applicant will work alongside several high performing Partners, working with a variety of clients including corporations, well known banks, and financial institutions. The role can also offer the option to supervise junior Associates in the team, allowing you to be the bridge between Associates and the Partners.
The work itself will include varied real estate finance matters, including property acquisition, investment, bridging and development finance.

Requirements:
- 5+ PQE
- The ability to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients. Interest in business development and forming new relationships beneficial.
