Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in the firm's Central London office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and some real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and some real estate finance.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the commercial property sector.
Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.


Qualifications + Experience:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
