Are you an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? My client is a well-established, national law firm on the lookout for an experienced residential property fee earner to join their London office.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Conduct due diligence, including property searches, reviewing title documents, and identifying and resolving any potential issues.
  • Provide high-quality, tailored advice to clients and maintain exceptional client care standards.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Residential Property Fee Earner with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
