An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputable property company as a Residential Sales & Lettings Agent. We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy to a varied role involving residential property sales and lettings, along with property valuations and client liaison. This position will see you working directly with vendors and landlords to bring new properties to market and assist in all stages of the sales and lettings process.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys the challenge of coordinating multiple tasks. Your key duties will include organising viewings, negotiating deals, and managing the smooth progression of sales and lettings. Flexibility, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday working, with no weekend hours

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Qualify potential buyers and tenants in accordance with company standards, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged throughout the process.

Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to prospective clients in a professional and efficient manner.

Time Management: Organise your diary to maximise productivity, ensuring high success rates in both sales and lettings.

Negotiations: Act as the intermediary between landlords/vendors and potential clients, negotiating favourable deals that satisfy all parties.

Tenancy Management: Assist clients through the referencing process and ensure a seamless handover at the start of their tenancy.

Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations, create marketing strategies, and prepare properties for listing to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Professionalism: Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel between properties.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive outlook.

Experience: Previous experience in estate agency or lettings is an advantage but not required—enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are key.
