SALES & LETTINGS MANAGER – Estate Agent
Location: Herne Hill, SE24
Salary: OTE £60k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are searching for an energetic, charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales & Lettings Manager with excellent mentoring and supervisory abilities, sensational instruction winning skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Southeast London!Â

The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within the estate agency industry at Managerial level and will have significant experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions! (The company may consider a strong Assistant Manager, if they can demonstrate excellent instruction winning capability. The company may consider a Senior Negotiator who feels ready for promotion and who can demonstrate the right experience and attitude for the role.)
You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, articulate and of course, utterly charming!
The company offer exceptionally competitive basic salaries and on target earnings, a five-day working week and a company car or allowance.

Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Manager role will include:
- Experienced residential Estate Agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in managing a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Herne Hill area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
