Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Location: Greenwich, SE10
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a passionate Property Negotiator to join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in Greenwich, SE10.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and Sales, however if you have experience in just one of these fields you will also be considered providing you can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, a desire to learn and the right attitude to work.
The company will consider a range of experience levels, but as a minimum, you should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.
The role will involve calling potential buyers and showing clients’ properties, so a driving licence and car are essential.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in Kent & South East London that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experienced in Residential Lettings and/or Sales
- Excellent selling ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Greenwich area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
