Our client, a leading Estate Agency, is currently seeking an experienced Dual Negotiator, with an outstanding proven record of success, to join their team. The position would be working with both the Lettings and Sales team.
The successful candidate will be working in their Battersea office as part of an established and highly motivated sales and lettings team. This is an incredible opportunity to earn an uncapped salary with scope for personal growth and promotion.

The role of negotiator involves: qualifying potential buyers; identifying the needs of potential buyers and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include; a morning meeting, enquiries handling, call outs, (pre)viewing properties, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Compensation:
- Competitive basic salary, plus commission (uncapped)
- Training provided as well as numerous other courses available.
- Pool Car & mobile phone are provided.
- Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6pm finish on Friday.
- 9.30am to 3.30pm every other Saturday.
- Holiday: 21 Days holiday per annum (+ extra day off for Birthday)
- Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
- Basic salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE). OTE = Uncapped
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability (2 Saturday's per month)
