Dove & Hawk have partnered with a multi-branch independent estate agency in Southwest London. They are the market leaders for ALL the areas they operate in and looking for a Sales Consultant to increase their market share even further.

What They Offer
- Basic Salary: £20K-£25K (£30K guarantee for 5 months)
- OTE: £50K-£80K+ (uncapped)
- 100% focus on securing offers (no sales progression duties)
- Bonuses:
- £10K for £350K banked
- £20K for £475K banked
- Up to £1K monthly sales bonus
- Mortgage referral incentives
- Full access to property register (equal commission across all branches)
- Clear progression path (all managers promoted internally)
- Company car provided
- Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 8:45am-7pm
- Fri: 8:45am-6pm
- Sat: 9am-5pm (every other Saturday, half-day Fridays before Sat off)
Requirements
- 1-2 year experience in London's residential sales market (ideally in Clapham, Brixton, Herne Hill)
- Ambitious, long-term mindset with a drive to progress
- Hard-working, competitive team player
- Aiming for future management roles
- Full clean driving license
