Our client is an independent estate agency with a large market share in both Sales and Lettings within our core areas. They have offices in Clapham, Balham, Herne Hill and two offices in Brixton, all working together to sell and let property for the maximum possible figures from an open property register. With over twenty years of experience in the local market, they offer informed insights and tailored approaches to sales and lettings. Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Negotiator.. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for estate agent duties, communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the initial stages of sales transactions. Negotiators have the opportunity to earn higher salaries working in the company than they would do at other agencies where the negotiators are responsible for solely overseeing the conveyancing process for any properties they have under offer. They have sales progressors that ensure the negotiators are free to spend the majority of their time generating new business for themselves and the company.
