A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy office in Kennington! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, in this case you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.
Personal specification:
• Some experience within residential sales would be beneficial but not essential• Team player and ability to work under own initiative• An excellent communicator• Confident and outgoing• Target driven• IT literate• Well presented• Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £24,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience and performance. A car allowance or company car will be provided.
