A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client’s friendly office in Southfields! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.
Your tasks will include:
• Registering prospective buyers• Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings• Gaining feedback following viewings• Feedback to vendors• Negotiation between buyers and vendors.
Personal specification:
• Team player and ability to work under own initiative• An excellent communicator• Confident and outgoing• Target driven• IT literate• Well presented• Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to ÂŁ25,000, plus on target earnings of ÂŁ40,000 to ÂŁ60,000 depending on experience and performance. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays per month from 9.30am to 3pm.
