A respected and successful Multi Office Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their Lewisham office.
You will ideally have a Minimum of one years experience coupled with the ability to sell using first class negotiation skill and value.
Ideally you will be/have -
路Experience of Residential Sales路Dealing with applicants, Vendors, Buyers 路Negotiating deals路Must be confident with proven track record路Self-motivated and determined路Must be enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills路Ability to generate new business路Desire for Career Progression is necessary路Must be car driver with clean licence
Package on Offer路Basic Salary of 拢18-20,000 depending on experience路Realistic OTE 拢35,000Hours the office is open -路8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday路Saturday 8.30am to 5pm路Sunday 10am to 4pm. 路Working Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week路One Sunday a month but you get the Saturday off if you work a Sunday.
