  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:45am to 7pm, Friday from 8:45am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, with every other Saturday required.
  • The position provides a clear pathway for progression within the company, which has a strong market presence and offers a company car.

Dove & Hawk have partnered with an established multi-branch independent estate agency that are the market leaders for the areas they operate in and are looking to increase their market share even further.In order to achieve this vision, they are looking for an experienced property sales negotiator to join the team in Balham/Clapham. This role will suit a salesperson who enjoys doing deals and doing them in volume as well as quality as you will not need to do the sales progression!Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Registering new applicants.
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and potential buyers.
  • Arranging and conducting viewings.
  • Recording, negotiating and presenting qualified offers.
  • Providing viewing feedback.
  • Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience working within the London Property sales market.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • The ability to demonstrate a track record of success within a sales environment.
  • Motivation to achieve & exceed agreed targets.
  • An attitude that will allow for future progression to move into supervisory and managerial roles within a growing firm.
  • A full, and valid manual EU driving Licence.

What They Offer

  • Basic Salary: £20K - £25K (5 month £30K Guarantee) / OTE: £50-£80K
  • A £10,000 Bonus if the candidate banks £350,000
  • A £20,000 Bonus if the candidate banks £475,000
  • £500 if they hit monthly target (and the office target is reached) and another £500 if you agree two sales over monthly target (whether they hit office target or not).
  • Higher earning potential than other agents as they will not have to do their own sales progression - 100% of their week is focused on securing offers.
  • Access to the whole property register across all branches and get the same commission for selling all of our properties.

Required Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:45am - 7pm. Fri: 8:45am - 6pm. Sat 10am-4pmWorking every other Saturday. Opportunity for half days on Friday before your Saturday off (if you have hit your target the month before)
