We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected property developer on an exclusive new homes scheme in South East London. This is your chance to be part of a premium development project, selling high-quality new homes and working within a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the developer in selling a high-end new homes scheme.
  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service from first contact through to completion.
  • Deliver detailed property presentations, conducting viewings, and secure reservations.
  • Provide expert guidance on the home-buying process, including help with mortgage options and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and liaise with the wider development team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a New Home Sales Negotiator or similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for property and providing exceptional customer service.
