An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within this boutique, privately-owned estate agency in West Kensington for a Sales Negotiator!
Our client deals primarily with the upper end of the market; therefore, it is important to have the gravitas to be effective and successful in such a sector. To be considered for this role, you will have had at least 12 months' residential sales experience within a reputable London estate agency, as well as confidence, enthusiasm and first-class customer service skills.
Personal specification:
• A proven track record in residential sales• Knowledge of area • Target driven and motivated• Confident and well presented• Excellent communication skills• Team player• Good IT skills• Customer focused• Ability to build rapport and trusted relationships• Full UK driving licence.
The package will include a basic salary, plus realistic on target earnings of ÂŁ50,000 to ÂŁ60,000. Commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit! A car allowance will be provided. You will only be required to work 1 in every 4-5 Saturdays.
