We have a rare opportunity that has become available to a fantastic Family run Independent estate agent in Clapham.Our client is looking for someone with ideally at least 1 to 2 years experience in the industry as a Sales Negotiator. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record. Knowledge of the South West London area isn't essential but would be advantageous. Our client may also be open to a Senior Sales Negotiator position for the right individual.Your day to day duties in this role will include:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Booking market appraisals
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing Sales
- Updating vendors with feedback and market updates
Experience needed for this role:
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Negotiator in Estate Agency
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Very well presented
- Confident and friendly manner
- Being able to work as a team
