TITLE: Sales Negotiator. NO CAR NEEDED
WHERE: Woolwich. London
PACKAGE: Generous basic and. On target earnings of £50,000 depending on experience.
Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30 or 6pm. Every other Saturday 10-1 only.
About the role
Our client, a leading, award-winning and well-regarded independent estate agent in London, are actively seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Negotiator for their Woolwich office. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with with good communication and admin skills to continue on their path to success.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, possess a track record in the property industry, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales-focused environment.
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Negotiator will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current sales market.
Duties will include:
- Accountable quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for Sales business.
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Assist where necessary with administrative duties.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
- Marketing strategies.
Skills required:
- Previous experience within an estate agency, with a proven track record in securing business.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels. Be responsive to change.
