Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Tottenham

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000, OTE £50,000 - £55,000,

Drivers & Own car required

Hours - 5-day week - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm

We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator who is competent in valuing property to join our client in Tottenham.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned negotiator to join a highly sought-after Estate Agent taking on a senior role in a successful office. Along with your wealth of knowledge and experience you will have a flair for sales and the ability to build a real rapport with people.

As a Senior Negotiator you will source and see business through to completion, you will be a quick learner and naturally a people person. You will be ambitious and looking to progress with your career with a leading Estate Agency

What you will be doing most days:

  • Sourcing new business and seeing business through tocompletion
  • Organising and attending valuations
  • Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
  • Increasing the companyturnover
  • Opening and developing professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
  • Canvassing andmarketing
  • Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
  • Negotiatingterms

About you:

  • A full, valid UK or EU driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole
