Our client an independent Estate Agency in Hackney are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities but not limited:
路Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.路Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.路Giving necessary feedback when required路Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied.路Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.路Prepare and manage administrative documentation 路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.路Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall performance.路Utilise various marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
Requirements:
路One year experience within Estate Agency.路Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.路A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 路A valid driving licence and own car is essential
Basic 拢18-20,000 OTE Realistic 拢40,000
