  • Qualify and register applicants, identifying their property requirements
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings across an impressive portfolio
  • Negotiate offers and see deals through to successful exchange and completion
  • Make proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Cross-sell between branches and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Consistently exceed performance targets and deliver outstanding service
? What You’ll Need:
  • Previous experience in residential property sales
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (calls, viewings, offers, deals)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the London property market and sales legislation
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient mindset
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
