- Previous experience in residential property sales
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (calls, viewings, offers, deals)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the London property market and sales legislation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient mindset
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
