The Real Estate Solicitor's role
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will handle a varied and high-quality caseload spanning development, acquisitions and disposals, property finance, landlord and tenant work, and strategic land matters. The firm's clients range from developers and investors to large-scale occupiers, private landowners, and public sector bodies.
You will take the lead on complex transactions, play a key part in nurturing client relationships, and have the freedom to build out your own practice area or niche within the wider real estate team.
