Responsibilities you’d have as a Senior Estate Agent / Sales Valuer here:
Client Engagement:
- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Arrange valuations, undertake them, and list the properties.
- Arrange property viewings and complete them.
- Provide information on the location and available properties.
- Prepare and review real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies and market condition and book in valuations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Analyse market data to provide clients with informed decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
- Address client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and paperwork efficiently.
Targets and Goals:
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Continuously strive to exceed personal and team sales objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year (Depending on experience)
- OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 in the first year
- 5 day working week - Monday to Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-4/5
