A leading and well-established property company located in North London are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Coordinator to join its successful team.With an outstanding reputation in the property market, our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This position offers the opportunity for progression and ample opportunity to learn more about the property industry. This is a full time, office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Duties will include:* Overseeing the smooth running of the lettings process* Developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants* Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works* Approving all works with landlords and updating them pre and post completion* Arranging inventories, check-in and check-out reports* Dealing with deposit returns and disputes* Instructing Letting Agents regarding the marketing of vacant properties.* Arranging EPCs, GSC's AND EICR's* Managing rent payments and chasing arrears Key skills: * Experience in lettings administration essential* Excellent communication and organisational skills* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines* Strong numeracy skills - essential * Strong IT skills including Excel - essential * Team player with a professional appearance and approachIf you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking for a new challenge in the property industry , please apply today!
