Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a passion for property and a talent for building relationships? Join a well-established, family-run estate agency in Tooting, with 33 years of success in the property market. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to take the reins and drive lettings performance in our friendly and supportive team.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and win new business opportunities.
- Handle the lettings process from start to finish, including viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Manage incoming enquiries and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Provide clear, honest, and transparent communication to ensure a smooth lettings process.
- Oversee a portfolio of 300 managed properties, with half owned by the business owner - making your job easier!
- Stay organised and manage your workload independently, as the only Lettings Negotiator in the team.
What They Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 with the potential to earn £50K+ in OTE.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm (with a day off in lieu).
- Use of pool cars.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in lettings, with proven valuation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on honesty and integrity.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Tooting area would be an advantage.
