An opportunity has come available by one of East London's most successful independent and long standing Estate Agents, for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings department in Hackney, East London.

The ideal Negotiator will have a solid background and a proven track record in high level property transactions and negotiations, and will be expected to drive forward this already buoyant department of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicate by telephone, email and face to face any enquiries that arise
  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable letting properties
  • Booking in viewings and attending
  • Give feedback to relevant parties
  • Arrange and carry out Letting valuations
  • Converting Letting valuations into listings
  • Negotiate rental agreements
  • Marketing of properties using office systems and onto property portals
  • Canvass for new business opportunities and grow market share
  • Any ad-hoc duties

Relevant experience and skills required: ·

  • 2 years Lettings experience
  • Customer orientated and willingness to go that extra mile
  • Excellent communication verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Confident and use own initiative to seek new opportunities to grow new business potential
  • UK driving license and own car
