SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - MARYLEBONE
Dand Hawk are working alongside an International leading property company based in Prime Central London. The company deals with all aspect of residential and commercial property and currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with 3-4 years'+ experience working in London residential lettings environment.Candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed. Requirements:
- Experience in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Organised and a team player.
- Focused and competitive
- Negotiating skills
- Excellent work ethic - punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enquires both in person and on the phone.
- Booking and carrying out viewings.
- Checking properties prior to commencement of the tenancy and End of Tenancy check-outs
- A very good command of written & spoken English.
- Rental regulation knowledge
- ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
Hours: 09:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday Low Season & 09:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday High Season. Plus, a Saturday Rota from 10:00am to 4:00pm 1 in 2.Salary: £28-£35K Basic, £60-£65K OTE.Please contact Sophie Knowles on our Agency and New Homes team if this role will be at interest quoting 10625.
